The Assembly of the Notary Chamber of the Federation of B&H has unanimously adopted a conclusion pointing out to the Federal Ministry of Justice the omissions in the process of preparing the draft of the new law, given that representatives of the Notary Chamber of the Federation of B&H, as members of the Working Group appointed by the Ministry, have not been participating in the preparation of the Draft Law on Notary Service of the Federation of B&H.
The Notary Chamber of the Federation of B&H stands that it is necessary to implement the judgments of the Constitutional Court of the Federation of B&H concerning the notary service, but at the same time preserve the level of legal certainty that was achieved by introducing the Latin type of notariat in B&H and, on this occasion, it is especially important to ensure that notarial regulations are harmonized with the provisions of the notary laws in the other entity and Brčko district of B&H, which is of particular importance for the B&H's European path.
